Founder & Managing Principal
Delmary Salcedo is the founder and managing principal of Catalyst Solutions AI, bringing nearly two decades of management consulting and strategy experience to a problem most consulting firms know intimately but rarely talk about openly: being exceptional at the work while the business itself lags behind.
Delmary spent the bulk of her career as a Strategy Executive at Accenture and EY, advising C-suite leadership teams on operating model design, strategic cost reduction, analytics strategy, and large-scale transformation across retail, consumer goods, and telecommunications. Over the course of her career, she led more than 50 complex engagements with full accountability for budgets, profitability, team performance, and client outcomes — managing teams of up to 20 professionals and carrying direct responsibility for margin targets, cost structure, and pricing strategy.
Delmary served as a Program Lead at the World Economic Forum, where she led the development of a thought leadership report on the future of operating models in consumer industries in the context of disruptive technology — work that was presented at the Annual Meeting in Davos.
She holds an MBA in Strategy and Operations from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where she was a Merit Scholar and Forte Fellow, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Finance from Florida International University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
What has shaped her thinking as much as any single engagement is what she observed working alongside small and mid-sized consulting firms over nearly two decades — firms with serious expertise and real market demand, where the business itself was what held them back.
